Please take note of the changes to our procedures occurring from the 19th July 2021.
We will have an open-door policy so that you can enter the practices into the reception areas. You no longer need to wait outside for your appointment. We ask that no more than 2 households are in the reception area at one time.
Please continue to wear face masks and use hand gel upon entering. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to keep reception and waiting rooms clear.
We would also like to minimise the number of people in the building by asking that only patients with appointments attend (exceptions include parents/guardians/carers and chaperones).
The reason for adopting these procedures despite Government changes is that we need to protect our vulnerable and high-risk patients, who need to be able to access their dental care. We believe it also gives peace of mind to the large majority of patients and our staff.
We ask that you continue to contact us by phone or email for communication. Thank you for your continued support. We can assure you that we remain here for you throughout this period. We will continue to review the situation and our procedures weekly and will notify you of any changes.
